In order to attend and participate in the Asaph Hymns Seminary, the following items must be submitted:

  1. Online application
  2. Personal statement of up to 750 words outlining any services you are currently performing in your church and your reasons for wanting to attend the Hymns Seminary.
  3. A letter of recommendation from your father of confession or your parish priest. The director of students affairs will contact your designated priest directly with instructions.
  4. A copy of the highest degree attained. A high school diploma or general educational development (GED) certificate are the minimal requirements for attendance.

This application process will determine whether or not the candidate is accepted into the program. When application material is complete, a notification email will be sent to the student informing them of their admission status.
