Refund Policy
If a student drops out within 7 days of the first instructional session (i.e. prior to the second instructional session), they are entitled to a full refund for the semester.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@sushymns.org.
No refunds are issued at all once the 7-day window has passed. At that point, students must choose either to continue attending classes or to withdraw from the course without receiving any refund.
Students removed from the program for any reason (e.g. academic dishonesty, violating code of conduct, etc.) are not entitled to any refund.
Grading and Appeals Policy
Grades are final and students do not have the right to appeal once results are issued (except for circumstances listed below).
Students may appeal to request scoresheets for classes which they failed. No appeals will be accepted for classes with passing grades.
